An aggressive education and awareness campaign to reach those at highest risk for stroke. Pick up your free Take 2 To Save 2 t-shirt on Wednesday, Feb. 24 (limited to the first 200 individuals). Take 2 To Save 2 is a multi-channel component of the Power To End Stroke movement. Individuals will be asked to share life saving pre-written messages with family members and friends via an email, phone call, text message, Twitter, Facebook or a blog post.
